I'm excited! Today I finally figured out out to enter a challenge! I know that sounds goofy but I am not good at all the URL's etc, I still have ot figured out how to get "badges" added to the blog ! But I thought I would try my hand at the Paper Pals Color Challenge since I am in love with the NEW IN Colors this years SU has.
I made this card awhile ago and used Very Vanilla, Baked Brown Sugar and Black cardstock, with Calypso Coral & Rose Royal ink from SU  Stamp Set is from Papertrey Ink enjoy!

Love the fact that today I made cards! I needed some down time to do what I love to do. May have to get back to "work" soon so I am posting them all to give you something to look at in case I am away for a few days! enjoy :)

WOW today I feel almost like super woman! I did about 60 pounds of tomatoes, put up 29 pints of salsa and have the rest ready for tomorrow. PLUS made 6 new cards! I really love the in colors this year and decided to use the Blooming with Kindness set to make a card in each color. It's a rainy night tonight but my tiny yellow finches are still on the feeder as I look out my office window! What do you see when you look out your window?  Enjoy

Strawberry Slush

Wow have I been busy! I have been in Ohio, canning like a mad woman, and visiting with friends something I need to make more time to do. But today I have been playing with paper again, it just melts stress away and is soooooo much fun. Mary Fish Blog Pretty Pals out out a color challenge to use strawberry slush, daffodil delight and smoky slate, so this is my card! Hope you like it.

New In Colors!

Busy Busy weekend! Today finally the sun came out! Spent time this weekend with friends, John worked on pool deck. we got our new sofa for the sunroom, Love it! I am so blessed to have a super wonderful husband, friends and a home that I am totally in love with!
I managed to make a couple cards this weekend too. I am in love with Stampin Up's new in color colors, this first combination is my new all time favorite! I totally cased this card's design from another stamper LeAnne Pugliese weeinkings.blogspot.com  I totally loved it when I saw and knew I would be making some like it!

Such a rainy day here in Indiana! Have not left the house other than to feed the chickens! I did make a non traditional 4th of July thank you card, thank you for our freedoms! Hope some of you are able to enjoy the day and fireworks! Happy 4th !

House Mouse Day!

Hi all!

 2nd day of blog and I still can't figure out how to do exactly what I want, but I suppose it will come with time and learning!

Today I "canned" peppers and onions for cooking this winter! Picked squash and cucumbers, feed the chicken and collected the eggs! My pool is overflowing from all the rain we had, and still more coming!

Today I made some "house mouse" cards I just love these little guys! I also made a die cut vases card, hope you like them!
